Returns & Refunds


We accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date. If a return is needed, please contact us for instructions and a return authorization number. We charge a 10% restocking fee for unused products, and a 25% restocking and reselling fee if the product has been used. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts, and packaging.

Custom orders and any orders that are cut for you are final. Warranty replacement is available for defective products that are covered by warranty at any time during the warranty period. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees which are non-refundable. Should you need to return merchandise, please contact our customer service department by calling 1-800-320-1841 to obtain a RMA number. (return merchandise authorization) Repack the merchandise and return it to the following address. Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Thanks for sending the last few pieces of Fawn trim. It was just what I needed. Don’t know if you guys care much about testimonials, but just in case, I am real pleased with how everything turned out. I sent along a few pictures, it looks much better than the 20 year old carpet it replaced. As soon as the weather cools off, I will be ordering some more teak and holly PlasTEAK to finish off the forward part of the cabin. Thanks again!
