POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, knowledgeable and courteous response to customers through phone calls or emails.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Respond to routine inquires through online, email, or phone
  • Enter new customers into a CRM format
  • Enter data accurately and timely
  • Process online orders into a CRM format
  • Communicate product knowledge with customers
  • Assist customers with purchase and application of products
  • Communicate with customers through phone conversations and email
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor always
  • Other duties as assigned

 

POSITION HOURS:
Monday – Friday  9 a.m. to 5 p. m.

 

SALARY:
$12.00/hr – $14.00/hr based on experience.
