The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, knowledgeable and courteous response to customers through phone calls or emails.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phone calls and emails
Respond to routine inquires through online, email, or phone
Enter new customers into a CRM format
Enter data accurately and timely
Process online orders into a CRM format
Communicate product knowledge with customers
Assist customers with purchase and application of products
Communicate with customers through phone conversations and email
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor always
Other duties as assigned
Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p. m.
